Breathing is something we do naturally, typically without considering. But many people are doing it utterly unsuitable, in keeping with science journalist James Nestor. He calls respiratory the "lacking a part of health," as vital to our well-being "as how a lot we train, what foods we eat and how a lot we sleep." While you breathe by your nose, air travels past bony constructions within the nasal cavity known as turbinates, that are coated in smooth tissue generally known as mucosa.
