We filtered air at three localities within the Copenhagen Zoo: a stable, outdoors between the outside enclosures, and within the Rainforest House. Through metabarcoding of airborne eDNA, we detected forty nine vertebrate species spanning 26 orders and 37 households: 30 mammal, thirteen fowl, four fish, 1 amphibian, and 1 reptile species.
